Contact Use-tranetCRM is a second-generation, UK-based Contact Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Its the culmination of two years of thought, research, consultation, design and development by Senior Internet Ltd's Project Managers, Sales Team, Designers and Programmers.
The e-tranetCRM system appears deceptively simple, utilising a familiar web-based interface that's easy to navigate around and intuitive to use. In fact, its a highly sophisticated and multifaceted system offering powerful features and tools.
Contact Relationship Management (CRM) forms the core of the system, with category searching, automatic list generation and ordering, record creation and editing, and the ability to combine contacts into groups. Calling up contact records is quick and easy, and once you've searched for your Leads, Prospects and Clients/Customers you can Interact with them.
The CRM area integrates seamlessly with the Interactions Menu, allowing you to perform and log common communication interactions with your contacts, either as individuals, in combinations, or groups.
Users at all access levels have the ability to set date-sensitive Reminders by type, including Customer Care Reminders, for themselves and others.
Users also have their own Schedule screens with alert systems showing Reminders and Contact information, and global search facilities.
Other dedicated areas include Sales procedures and Sales Admin functionality, a Document Library, email templating facility, mail-merging and label printing integration with your desktop word processing application, MIS reporting, and back-end Admin and Security areas with bullet-proof protection.
You can buy the standard e-tranetCRM package as an out-of-the-box CRM solution, or commission a bespoke version with additional functionality.
If you opt for the bespoke package, our dedicated Sales and Commercial Management staff will work with you to identify your requirements and the best way to accommodate them within the system. We then begin the build phase.
Our Programmers will develop and integrate the bespoke functionality into the core system. We continue to consult with you throughout the build phase, adding new features and making adjustments as and when you ask us to.
Our Designers take your branding and style the system using your logo and corporate colours.
When the build phase is completed, we then go into alpha and beta testing using dummy data. Once we have tested the system extensively, we will cleanse the dummy data and work with you to import or enter your real data.
We then give your Managers, Administrators and Sales Consultants comprehensive training on how to set up, administer and use your e-tranetCRM system, and provide you with custom-written manuals.
That isn't the end of our involvement however, as we also provide you with on-going systems support.
