The e-tranetCRM system has powerful Management features, based around five main areas of Management functionality - Allocation (of Leads to Sales Consultants, and Stock Lines to Sales Offices), De-duping (the removal of duplicate Lead, Prospect and Client/Customer records from the system), Document and Template Management, MIS Reporting, and Monitoring (Snapshots).
Central Sales Management can allocate Leads to Regional Sales Offices, and to Consultants within them. Regional Sales Office Managers can also allocate Leads to Consultants within their own Office. Once allocated, a Lead becomes a Prospect. If a Prospect doesn't get converted to a Client/Customer, he/she can be re-allocated to another Consultant.
You can easily identify all Un-allocated Leads by searching for them. You can then allocate them to Regional Sales Offices and Sales Consultants as required.

Central Sales Management can also allocate Product Lines/Commodities to Regional Sales Offices, controlling the amount of stock each Regional Sales Office has available to sell. Product Lines and Units can be targeted at different Regional Sales Offices, depending on performance.
Central Sales Management can remove duplicate records from the system, ensuring that your data's integrity is maintained.

The Central Document Library provides a repository for all your documentation, accessible by all. You control what goes into the Document Library and how it is categorised.
Email and Correspondence Templates can also be created and managed by your designated Administrator.

Powerful MIS Reporting features include the ability to generate pre-formatted Template Reports, and create Custom Reports from available data. The Report data can be saved in CSV format for export into other applications.
The Snapshots feature can be used by your Central Sales Management to monitor the performance of Regional Sales Offices, and by Regional Sales Office Managers to monitor the performance of individual Sales Consultants.
Monthly Sales figures are shown, including Monies In, and Outstanding and Overdue balances.
