Searching, listing and ordering functionality brings back contact information and sales potential by Prospect or Client/Customer.
Multiple Contacts can be combined into Groups. The dedicated Merge Groups area allows Consultants to create and edit Groups, and then allocate Contacts to them.
Selecting Groups, individual or multiple Prospects and Clients/Customers enables the Interactions Menu.
The Interactions Menu contains options for common Interactions your staff perform every day.

Your Sales Consultants can perform and log each sales-related Interaction from within the system, including sending out email and creating correspondence.
Pre-formatted Templates can be used for Email and Correspondence Interactions, standardising communication and setting quality standards.
Other Interaction options include Telephone Call, Fax, Meeting, Event, Send Pack, Set Reminder, and Sell (the actual Sales mechanism).
Sales Consultants can set Customer Care Reminders so that Clients/Customers get a follow-up call to make sure that they are happy. In the event of a problem or complaint, Sales Consultants can set After-sales Care Reminders so your After-sales Care staff can resolve the issue.
The process of selling to Prospects and Clients/Customers is standardised by the Sales Interaction option. Your Sales Consultants go through the process in the same way every time. This can enable them to maximise conversion rates and ensures the same high quality service to your clients.
We will work with you to develop your bespoke Sales Interaction functionality, unique to your way of selling.
Your After-sales Care staff also get their own dedicated features. The Complimentary Call Interaction option, Customer Care Reminders and Alerts are a standard feature in both the bespoke and out-of-the-box solutions. Customer Care Reminders such as Complimentary Calls can be set for your After-sales Care staff. They then get an Alert showing up on their My Schedule screen, reminding them to action the task. The After-sales Care staff version of My Schedule shows Personal Reminders, Client Care Tasks to do, and Complementary Call Alerts.

Your Sales Administrators get their own dedicated Sales Admin area. From there, they can see a list of New, In Progress and Completed Sales, and a record of the last Completed Sale. A full Sales History for Clients/Customers is also available.

The Sales process can be completed and administrated from within the Sales Admin area by following a series of procedural steps, hard-wired into the e-tranetCRM system during the bespoke development process. A series of checks and balances mean that the Sales process can not be advanced unless the current step has been completed. Sales Administrators can see the current status of any In Progress Sale, at any time.
Outside of the dedicated Sales Admin area, their version of the system homepage shows a Snapshot of each Regional Sales Office's Sales, with Outstanding and Overdue balances.
Their My Schedule screen shows Personal Reminders and New Sales Alerts, prompting them to go into the Sales Admin area to initiate sale completion and payment processing.

Features available to all include content-managed News pages, Global Searching across the system, and access to the central Document Library.
Although some Interactions will only be performed by certain staff, all users can access the Interactions Menu.
The Reminder menu option is a feature that allows any user to set Reminders for themselves, against the Prospect or Client/Customer they want to Interact with. Choose the Reminder Type, the Priority, and schedule the due date. When that Reminder becomes active, it will show up as an Alert on the allocated user's My Schedule screen.
Everybody can also view a list of all their previous Interactions. The My Interactions screen shows the Interaction type, Summary and Date.
