e-tranetCRM - the killer application for sales CRM.
The example shown here is a Sales Consultant CRM Home Search page, with the Interactions Menu active and showing the Telephone Interaction pop-up screen.

The active Interactions Menu allows you to choose from nine options - Telephone Call, Email, Fax, Correspondence, Meeting, Event, Send Pack, Set Reminder, and Sell (the actual Sales Interaction).
Customer Care staff get a tenth Interaction option - Complimentary Call. This allows them to perform and log Customer Care Interactions.
You can perform Email, Fax, Correspondence, Event, Send Pack and Set Reminder Interactions with more than one Contact selected, or with Groups.
When you click on any of the Interaction Menu options, a new window opens up in the middle of your screen and becomes "active". The screen in the background then becomes "passive" and is greyed-out.
You can't go back to that screen until you've finished performing or logging the current Interaction, or you close the Interaction option window down.
If you do click to close the window, an alert will sound and a dialogue box will open up asking you if you're sure you want to cancel the Interaction.
Perform the Interaction or Log it, and then save it by clicking on the appropriate button. The Interaction will then be recorded within the system.
