e-tranetCRM has a range of de-duplication facilities that are designed to keep you data clean.
The system can de-dupe your existing data after the initial import.
Using the standard search screen and results pages, duplicate records can be located. Once identified, Duplicate Entries can then be reassigned to one entry only by selecting the relevant ID number from the drop-down list.
Once the system is populated with all your existing data, duplicate record entries are picked up at source.
The system compares new name and contact data with existing records as it is being entered. If an almost match is found then the user is warned and prevented from entering the record. The record details are then forwarded to the de-dupe administrator.
