All Users can set Reminders for themselves so that they remember to perform an Interaction with a Prospect or Client/Customer on a specific day.
Reminders can be scheduled well in advance of the due date.
The Due Date calendar lets you choose your day, month and year, and pick a time of the day for the Reminder Alert to become active.
When the Reminder becomes due, an Alert will appear on the User's My Schedule screen.
