The Template Management screen allows you to add, edit and delete Templates for use in Email and Correspondence Interactions.
You can control Email and Correspondence Interactions between your Sales People and Prospects or Clients/Customers.
Setting up standard formats ensures that these Interactions are performed in the same way every time, giving you peace of mind and giving all your Prospects or Clients/Customers the same quality service.
You can create as many Email and Correspondence Templates as you need, and roll them out automatically for your staff to use. All of the available Templates show up as options in the Email and Correspondence Interaction screens, and can be applied by choosing them from the Template drop-down menu.
